The baseball playoffs have been great with really important roles played by old Pirates. One strange thing is the prominence of rookies and guys newly called up.

This is from The Social Contract by Jean-Jacques Rousseau, a guy most people think of as a free spirit, back to nature kind of guy. And he was. He just thought the nature of man we were getting back to emerge from the State and not him, not at all how many people think of Rousseau.
And a significant distinction from the American philosophy.
